Ok this is not a good day and my PC will not start and or boot.
- Are there lights on the front of the PC, is there power to the PC? Test the outlet to make sure you have good power.
- Is there any thing on the monitor during the power up, try swapping monitors if possible. It could be that your monitor is bad.
- If there no lights on the PC and there is nothing on the screen, you could have a bad power supply and or other problems inside the PC.
- If the PC starts to boot but never finishes the boot cycle it could be a hardware problem (bad hard drive for example), corrupted boot files, or some sort of virus/trojan infection.
- If the PC starts to boot then restarts the boot and keeps cycling then it is probably a virus/trojan infection.
